Mr. Eliaman Daniel is a Founder and Managing Partner, He is an Advocate of the High Courts of Tanzania and practicing law since 2019. Mr. Eliaman particularly enjoys practicing challenging, complex and contentious areas. He is among the few lawyers at the bar who can confidently and skillfully handle briefs from any area of law.
He is particularly recognized for his advocacy and comprehensive legal research; and is usually engaged in sensitive and/or high-profile matters surrounding the areas of Employment and Labour laws, Commercial, Company, Conveyancing and Real Estate, Laws, Probate and Succession, Family disputes and Land cases before the High Courts, Courts of Resident Magistrate, Districts Court and Tribunals.
On the corporate side, Mr. Eliaman advises local and international clients on non-contentious matters pertaining to legal frameworks, company law, due-diligence of movable and immovable properties, compliance requirements, registration of entities and Investments. He is frequently engaged by business owners to formulate their legal strategy in order to mitigate risk and to render advise on legal implications in relation to their commercial contracts.
