Miss Aloida Sotel became part of the legal fraternity in the year 2021 by completing Bachelor of laws LL. B (Hons) from Mzumbe University. She is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer.
She has a vast experience in drafting complex commercial agreements and regularly advises local and international corporations in relation to corporate compliance, company law, shareholder rights, director duties and intellectual property protection.
