Roel Er & Co. Advocates is a full service leading with substantial experience & knowledge of Tanzania market and an alliance with other litigation law firms in Tanzania.
The firm constitutes of several advocates, legal consultants and a number of paralegal and administrative staff. It was formed in March 2019. The two founding members of our firm are Eliaman Daniel & Miriam Ndeserua.
The firm is aiming at becoming the pre-eminent leading law firm in Tanzania by having specialist focus and ability to deliver timely and efficient legal services with commitment to excellence.

Fees and Expenses
Our fees are generally calculated according to the estimated amount of time that we will spend to undertake a specific matter. Our rates are competitive and market-related having regard to the size of the firm and the level of service we provide.
We are therefore flexible in terms of structuring our fee arrangements. In appropriate circumstances we will, by agreement, work on the basis of fixed or capped fees, blended rates, hourly and volume discounts.
We are open to discussing standard fee arrangements with you. We normally issue fee estimates and retainer fee subject to agreement with the Client.
Time spent on a matter would generally include meetings, any time spent travelling, considering, preparing and working on documents, correspondence and making and receiving of telephone calls. We are reasonable in all the circumstances, in the sense that we try to reconcile the cost and effort expended by the firm on one hand and the value and benefit to the Client on the other. We place great importance on providing Clients with a high standard of work.
Our rates do not take account of the usual charges for the cost of photocopies, telephone calls, telefaxes, and disbursements for travelling costs, all of which will be charged in addition.
