Miriam is Co- founder and Senior Partner of the firm. She is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania following her admission to the bar in the year 2012. She has been a practicing advocate for the last 10 years.
She has been practiced in variety areas including but not limited to conveyancing matters, commercial matters, civil and criminal litigation, she is well versed with preparation and reviews of Agreements for Sale, Leases, Transfers, Charges, Discharges of Charge, Chattel Mortgages, Debentures and Registration of Documents in the respective registries and general Bank Securities.
Miriam is also actively involved in contributing towards the society. She has not only advised many Non-Profit Organizations on a pro-bono basis but she has also been vigorously involved in the formation of the same by assisting such organizations in fulfilling their requisite legal formalities.
